Message	make friends with someone who works there and ask them to get it for ya ;) but seriously no harm in asking for some sort of discount, explain the situation that you ordered it twice online and fedex fubars it for you so see if they can get it for you for a similar price (bring some invoice or something to show the price you would pay online) and negotiate away
